Hi Jessexsmith10. I had that problem too...which I never resolved. But I ended up creating a new account and now trying to work my way back to those elusive free 5 minutes. I just noticed your post was quite a while ago...did you ever resolve the issue. Are you like me and trying to earn free minutes?
