Former pornstar found living in filth in Las Vegas tunnel

You’d assume that people working in porn are minted and have bags of cash to splash on exotic holidays, fancy cars and swanky apartments but that’s not always the case. Obviously you'll get the occasional girl who will leave the adult industry with barely enough money to cover their rent, but sometimes ex-industry girls are even worse off that that, like poor old Stephanie. 

 

Jenni Lee, real name Stephanie, was once a successful porn star, but after falling on hard times she was discovered living in the tunnels of Las Vegas by a film crew who were making a documentary about bleak 200-mile-long tunnel that runs underneath the city. The tunnels are home to hundreds of homeless people including Stephanie.

I actually got very famous.
I should still be in the top 100 on some list somewhere.
I used to be so hot.It’s not as difficult as you might think, everybody’s really respectful.
Everybody’s good to each other, which I don’t think you find much.
I’m happy, I have everything I need here.I don’t think I would want to leave.
Sure there’s no water.I like that those hardships build camaraderie.
I feel like you make more genuine friends.People are more accepting underground.

 
Damn. That was a tough watch. I know she claims to be happy but I feel like that’s just something she tells herself to feel less bleak about her situation. I hope she gets back on her feet.
