Given that you've said 'top two leagues', I highly doubt he's a Premier League Manager, as I wanted to say it was Sam Allardyce at Crystal Palace
But now i'm thinking of Steve Bruce at Aston Villa?, but there's also a small voice in the back of my head telling me he was capped for the Republic of Ireland!

Nigel Clough is manager of Burton Albion so the sticker is slightly misleading and Outlaw1987 Steve Bruce never played international football at all apart from England Youth and England B! Was one of the most well known Man U players who never played for England considering he played so long for them.
