I topped up 50 and used the code for the first time but it never gives me the credits. toped up 500 and it should have got 1000 but i got 550 insects.

Hi @Sid9890

The voucher is only available on your first top up on your first account, if you have any accounts that you have topped up on before then the voucher will be invalid.
