  Hi guys,
  
  I've been away for a bit for a number of reasons - I've come back to the all new look site, and generally like it.. though I can't see how to actually use firecall to call via PC any more. I'm sure I'm just being a doofus, but being an international customer, it's by far the best option for me to use..
  
  Can someone help me find the button I'm not seeing?

  Hi Whipporwhill. You cant call by PC any longer. The cheapest way now is to get the girl to call you. 15 credits a minute and no phone charge. No numbers seen by either party so totally discrete. I know it means having to use the phone but no phone charges and cheapest way now.

  oh dear. Where does one apply for a refund of credits.. that's a substantial change to the service offering....

  oh shit... this month was my first time to subscribe for VIP, today was the first time trying to call them, and now I find out it's gone?
  damnit... :( not gonna ask for a refund, but I will not renew my subscription, after the death of BS Unleashed, this is another huge blow. :(
