So which films are you guys most looking forward to this year i'll kick off with just some of my list of films i've got to see this year, even if they end up disappointing me.
Gangster Squad - Ryan Gosling, Josh Brolin, Sean Penn and Emma Stone looks great in the preview and nice to see these in a different film.
Stand Up Guys - yet again its good a good cast in Al Pacino & Christopher Walken and looks pretty decent for a crime-comedy film (feel it might be like RED)
Pain And Gain - To see Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in a comedy film like this will be good as he isn't working towards the disney product and he has Marky Mark as his co-worker will make it just as funny.
Iron Man 3 is the obvious film everyone is looking forward to (other than Man of Steel) from the comic book genre.
Hangover 3 - just to see if they use the same crappy storyline as the previous two, but to actually see what is supposedly the last in the franchise.

I'm not a great fan of these modern films they make now
, i would rather sit in front of the tv and just watch a good oldie b/w film ;)

I don't mind watching some classic films either black and white or not, i did watch "The Artist" which clearly was a modern black and white film lol -

Iron Man 3- Loved the first two (yes even the second which wasn`t quite so popular, and the trailer is great looks amazing.
Thor Dark World- the first is very underrated i think, and the second looks like it`s going to be much more action packed.
Kick Ass 2- Kick ass was brilliant (actually better than the original comic) and been waiting for this one for quite a while.
Sin City A Dame to kill for- another sequel a long time in the making, although this is officially slated for next year it may not end up being released next year. (seeing the pattern of films i like lol)
Riddick 3- Pitch Black was an excellent film, Chronicles of riddick was good but not quite as good, but i have high hopes for this being as good as the first.

seems like you are much the comic book fan haha, i forgot about Kick Ass 2 and from what i believe Nick Cage isn't isn't right? Thor is another one i can't wait for just to see him kick more ass. -

I highly doubt Nic cage will have a part in Kick Ass 2, i don`t want to go into details why (spoilers for the first film) but it really would be a bit ridiculous if he was (and ruin a big moment in the first).
One i forgot in my previous post Star Trek: Into Darkness, that looks really good as well, and JJ Abrams usually delivers when it comes to quality films.

Yeah Jim Carrey is in it, he`s playing a character called Colonel Stars (don`t know the character, didn`t bother reading the Kick Ass 2 comic after being so dissapointed with the first one) and apparently the actor who plays Turk in Scrubs is in it too (don`t remember his name though).
I`m going to take a wild guess and say you don`t like Jim Carrey then clitterbug.

Apart from the Super Hero & Star Trek ones already mentioned, I'm quite looking forward to Pacific Rim. As an Anime / Manga fan also, I like the whole giant robo look, I think the movie companies have missed a market with leaving Manga related films in the cold, although I suppose they may not bring in the big bucks the execs demand!!! Maybe the successful transition of comic book characters to film will change their mnd.
