FIFA MOVIE IS A FLOP

Gérard Depardieu playing Jules Rimet, Tim Roth as Sepp Blatter (settle down), and the rags to riches story of our beloved organising body and overlords.
No way that's not gonna be a hit, right?
Well FIFA spent $27m of their own 'hard earned' producing United Passions, but since being release in May it's recouped just $200,000 at the box office.
Here's hoping the DVD sales bump that up some. Otherwise we could well be looking at yet another World Cup staged in an inappropriate but well-paying nation.
