I like the occasional RPG game (usually the ones that are designed for single player, rather than centered around multiplayer like Wow, which i've never really liked)
For me in the Older RPG games it would have to be Final Fantasy 7 (which i actually still play occasonaly now)
Of the newer ones i would say Fallout 3.

What about anyone else, favourites old or new?
Also heard good things about Skyrim, not played it yet though, anyone who has how good is it?

for older rpgs its a complete toss up between ff7 and secret of mana as for newer tales of vesperia

Old school rpg, would have to be eye of the beholder which ran on a 286 with 2MB of RAM (Yes i'm old enough to remember these machines).

New, Mass Effect series (can't separate them as they are part of the same story).

Well i didn't think anything would beat Fallout new vegas until i played The Elderscrolls Skyrim. It's definately my favourite RPG and my top three all time games. There so much to the game a massive amounts of playtime good storyline and really good DLC's
