  I wouldn't worry too much about plotholes in Marvel films. The comics branch off all over the place and different writers do different things with characters. Think of them along the lines of parallel universes rather than following a specific timeline.

  That`s the thing though the Marvel studios are all different characters with different directors and writers and timelines which all connect yet they haven`t created any massive plotholes they all fit together, but somehow the studio behind X Men can`t keep one timeline coherent, when it is really supposed to be one understandable timeline.

  i voted for thor the only reason is because its only the latest one that i have seen i currently have captain america which i will get around to watching but the avengers look awesome and will go and see it when it comes out

  I would have to go with incredible HULK was a top film for me and i enjoyed it the story was good and the abilities of teh HULK are just the best aha HULF for teh winn !!

  Having just tonight watch Captain America again have to say i think it`s a very good film, not voted for it in the poll though, not actually voted for anything in the poll yet, i don`t know which one to pick and i`m the one who started the thread lol.

  I thought Captain America was complete pony!
  i was never the biggest fan of the comic but the film was rubbish. Although i did enjoy the last two minutes,lol. I thought the way they left it open for part two was really good. But apart from that, i would never recommend that film.

  I really enjoyed watching captain america i personally don't see what some people didn't like about, but it's all opinion really, apparently the sequal will be set in modern times which will mean it will be guaranteed different to the first.

  I'm not into the comic books but definitely the films and I'd have to say that I enjoyed Thor the most, followed by Iron Man 1 and then Captain America. I was looking forward to C.A alot but i felt kinda let down as some of the story wasn't great :P

  *Oh sorry for the double post but on the subject of X-men, wasn't Xmen first class (my personal favourite) done by marvel this time? Swear I read that somewhere and is probably the reason why it was so much better than the others. Plus January Jones is FIT! ;)

  No mate X Men first class was done by Fox i don't think they'll ever let Marvel get the rights back to be honest,
  i really didn't like first class, one of the reasons why i've posted on another thread before so i won't repeat myself by saying it all again on this thread.

  Ah damn. Wish marvel could get the rights back. Owel guess Fox will just keep trying to re-make all their films *cough*spiderman*cough* ;) haha.

  Does anyone else feel that Thor doesn't really need the Avengers? With all the powers he has he kinda seems a bit over powered and can't imagine much being able to stop him. Loki only had a chance because his father took Thor's hammer away :P

  I don't see Marvel getting any rights from Fox anytime soon they have been pretty shameless in stating the fact that they would just rush a cheap film out if it meant keeping the rights.
  
  Incase you were interested in exactly what characters fox own,
  Fox own Daredevil and they are currently rushing a film into production entirely to make sure they don't lose the rights, X Men and the respective characters within it, Ghost rider just barely they rushed the new film out for that reason, they used to own fantastic four but that may have gone back to Marvel now i'm not sure.
  Sony own Spider-man, and the problem Marvel have is that Fox have a contract that states as long as they release a film every so many years that Marvel can never get them back, i think the same goes for Sony and Spider-man.
  
  I think that the threat in The Avengers is probably something too big for any of the heroes on their own to face.
