  I'm curious, what are everyone's (well the gamers on the board anyway) favourite games for online play lately?
  
  I personally go on and off GTA 5 for online, good at times but a lot of the time it's just filled with lunatics who shred you with bullets for just being on the level. Star Wars Battlefront is good online, only downside of that being you can't really personalise or modify your weapon of choice (as you can in Call of duty etc).

  It's mainly RPG's online for me, but here's what I'm playing.
  
  I still regularly play World of Warcraft.  Admittedly like a lot right now, I'm really just alt leveling and saving gold until the new expansion hits.
  I also jump between Star Trek Online and Star Wars the old Republic.  Both good games for the free to play market.  Nothing is locked out on Star Trek Online and you can earn the game currency in Star Wars to unlock a lot of the access paid players get.

  GTA 5 was probably the best game for me to play online or Dead Island
  
  or there is always Fifa the rage it causes when you obliterate someone or someone does the same to you is hilarious, but Rocket League is easily becoming my favourite game

  @Friday never been big into online RPG's myself, played some RPG's but nothing like Warcraft or anything like that.
  
  @sirwanksalot GTA5 is fun when you can actually do missions, it gets a bit old if you spend all your time trying to avoid nutcases in armoured cars/Tanks who clearly bought some in game money because they keep changing to more destructive vehicles. I've been trying for months to finish the second heist that no one will join.
  
  FIFA is good until people start quitting when they are losing to preserve stats, that gets annoying.

  @jesslloydfan are you playing on xbox or ps4? i think i got up to either the third heist or the last one, when it just got difficult to play cause i used to have a team of 3 playing with us, but then we would always get some random idiot be the 4th man with his or her own agenda

  I'm on PS4, i've been sticking to joining other people's heists while i can't get mine started. Unlike certain other people i've played with on that game i don't arse around and actually try and do what's supposed to done for the heist. Would get myself much more in game money if someone would help on mine though.
  I do get stuck on revenge trips when some idiot kills me for no reason though lol.

  haha those are the best, i remember this stand off this one guy had who had a rocket launcher and he followed us all the way to a ammunation lol

  Dead Island and left 4 dead were pretty good co-op online games, always funny when someone gets randomly scared, setting off someone else in one of those jump scare moments.
  
  the best part of Dead Island was being able to modify your weapons to make them more deadly, at one point i had a machette with a battery attached that would shock the zombie on contact.

  The main things i play online are GTA V and Call of Duty mainly because i enjoy them both and it is something my group of friends all owns so we can all get on. GTA is just crazy and Call of Duty is just easy to play and mess about on. Another i enjoy is Counter Strike Global Offensive. I haven't played it in a while but i really love the game.

  I did recently get Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (yes i know, i'm a bit slow getting it), and been playing that a bit lately. As they usually are it's a good online but when a COD game isn't new most of the players are a stupidly high level, have the best weapons and have found their favourite camping spot (fucking hate campers). So dropping into that can make it difficult.
