  It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ferrari since the last GP in Bahrain. They struggled for pace there (as they have all season) and then again in the test sessions that followed. Fernando Alonso isn't happy and it was clearly all too much for team principal Stefano Domenicali, who resigned on Monday.
  
  They'll be hoping for better this weekend but if the odds are anything to go by it could be another struggle. Alonso's 33/1 for the race win while Raikkonen's way out at 50s. Red Bull haven't had much joy lately either but with their drivers 3rd and 4th favourites (Vettel 14/1 and Ricciardo 20/1) things could be worse.
  
  Mercedes are the team to beat of course with Hamilton the 4/5 favourite. Fair enough, but Rosberg at 2/1 seems the more appealing option really. It'll most likely be one of them, we can at least say that with some level of confidence...
  
  First practice gets underway at 03:00 in the morning with the second at 07:00. Set your alarms.

  So after all that, Alonso was actually quickest in the first practice early this morning and was only beaten by Hamilton in the second. Still early days and everything, but encouraging signs for the Ferrari man.
  
  4th for Ricciardo and 5th for Vettel in the later session too, so not disastrous for Red Bull either.

  Could be an intriguing weekend. P3 gets underway at 04:00 in the morning with qualifying to follow at 07:00.

  Terrible conditions for qualifying this morning, but that didn't stop Lewis Hamilton taking pole with a time of 1:53.860, more than half a second quicker than Daniel Ricciardo in second place.
  
  Vettel took third to make it a reasonably successful session for Red Bull.
  
  So they'll line up like this for tomorrow's race:

  In the least surprising news ever, Hamilton takes the win. His 25th Grand Prix victory. Nico Rosberg took 2nd in the other Mercedes and the last spot on the podium went to Fernando Alonso. Big strides forward for him this weekend.
  
  4th and 5th for the Red Bulls not disastrous either. The standings in full:
