evo reveal their Car of the Year 2018
Our contenders (deep breath); Alpine A110, BMW M2 Competition, Ferrari 488 Pista, Ford Fiesta ST, McLaren 600LT, Porsche 911 GT2 RS, Renault Mégane RS and the Volkswagen Up GTi.

And the winner?  Well obviously we were all rooting for the Up GTi, so it comes as something of a disappointment to have to inform you that the title went instead to the McLaren 600LT.

I demand a steward's enquiry!

Hard to choose from such a great list of cars (and the VW UP shopping trolley) . A shame the winner costs more than a lot of people pay for a home. I love the Alpine, a pure sports car and beautiful with it.
