It's been a good tournament so far, but it would've been nice to have seen a couple of upsets. Spain look the most impressive so far given that they were up against Croatia, when the other "bigger" teams have probably faced slightly "weaker" opposition. Yamine Lamal is the definition of a child prodigy. Germany look good too, and have pacey wingers to bring off the bench if needed.
Anyway onto England. And at the end of the day three points is all that was needed. Performances don't really matter in tournament football. No one remembers teams that play well and lose. Jude continues to live up to the hype. Rice was solid, as was Guehi and Saka. Foden and Kane were disappointing.
