Roy Hodgson says the players that didn't start against Peru probably will in this one. So the line-up should look something like this;
Foster; Flanagan, Smalling, Jones, Shaw; Barkley, Wilshere, Lampard, Milner, Sterling; Lambert.
This is just as much a warm-up for Ecuador as it is for England though, with the South Americans' first group game, against Switzerland, just 12 days away. Not too many household names in their squad but Antonio Valencia and Felipe Caicedo could cause problems. They're ranked 28th in the world too so should provide more of a test than Peru.
Not so much that England'll struggle to win or anything (hopefully) and 5/2 on the -1 handicap looks a decent shout. 19/10 for the win to nil is reasonable too.
Assuming he starts, get on Rickie Lambert to score first (5/1) or any time (7/4).
