Time for the ol enemies to do battle, Poppies an all (I mean whats that all about) fuck Fifa,i think it will be a good hard test for us especially with us not being on top form,i mean look at our strikers,not very prolific are they,

Neymar and Philippe Coutinho each scored as Brazil beat Argentina 3-0 in their 2018 World Cup qualifier.

actually i was a bit disappointed in both england and scotland with the poppy thing. i mean putting it on a black armband was a bit of a cop out. it should have been done properly and put on the shirt and the hell with fifa. they are muppets and should have been told what we really think is important, anyway as to the game i was also disappointed england did not push for more in the last 10-20 mins as at that time they completely controlled the game. except for the last minute where they gave the ball away adn scotland had a possible break if rooney had not taken one for the team adn got a booking when he brought someone down, i would have prefferred scotland to score rather than rooneg get a booing and possible suspensoin for a bigger gamne. i mean 3-1 is not much different to 3-0. also stones was too cavalier with the ball. hoddle comentating said that you had to expect that now he was playing for guardiola. but he was not playing for man city he was playing for england, if he cannot play to the england team he should be dropped.

a pretty good weekend for all the home nations ( obviously scotland have a bit of a set back ) great result for northern ireland which really makes them contenders in that group now. an away draw with azerbahahn should see them through. i guess you would say the wales result was not great for a home tie but lets not get carried away they are still wales. and the republic with the away win is fantastic and should set them up for a second place, shame about scotland but 2 teams in one group at least we are confident 1 will go through. not sure about srachens future though.

It wasnt a bad performance by us,but we wont get away with lack lustre defending against Spain or anyone come to that who don't wear pink shirts.
He scored a good centre forwards goal but it took Sturridge 16 mins to even touch the ball,i don't rate him 1 little bit.
Am I the only 1 thinking Sterling is absolutely crap in an England shirt,all he does is gets the ball and runs anyone can do that look at the chance he should have layed on to another white shirt forget who it was but he doesn't think of anyone else,that chance he missed fucking laughable really and Hoddle said it was hard to score from there :s he should learn how to run with the ball and look up just like Rose and Walker do.
Anyway we won but Scotland made us play like we did to get the result,it was the best ive seen Scotland play for ages.

Wales found it really tough,Rep of Ireland and N Ireland done really well.
Spain,Italy,France,Germany made light work of their games scoring 18 goals between them :D

Well we can now add Holland,Portugal and Belgium to that list which makes it a very impressive 33 goals scored for the elite 7,(you got to include Holland in that 7 havnt you ).

1 very bad result over these past matches was Iceland lost,damn :(

Id like to be positive about last nights match,but I cant,WHAT THE FUCK,ive never seen England run around like headless chickens for the whole 90 minutes before,ok we scored 2 goals against 1 of the best teams in the world due to 2 very rare breaks up the Spanish end.but what would they have done to us if all their big guns were playing,we are good in some ways but new manager same old concerns about us,i mean Stones is a right liability,Sterling a Duracell bunny with no off switch,Vardy he might be the starting finisher we need better at the moment than Sturridge and Kane,the full backs both sides who ever plays there is sorted without a doubt,Hart has no challenge so he,s ok,Dier was ok,was Walcott playing,oh yea he had that great chance but blew it as usual,shame Lallana got injured he has been the one true positive in the past 2 games,
We are just a packet of plain crisps compared to the elites spicy doritos.

Funny about the Defoe call up, why not get the ole bwoys together, gerrard, lampard, wrighty, shearer, lineker. :P

Good job first half of the season, although lacking goal scoring ability more recently. Goes to show there isn't much talent in the goalscoring department.
