So much of this shit going on at the moment that there would be too many threads. I was tussling with calling the thread Brexit: The Fallout but I think either title was suitably fitting.

Once again the media hype something up, that if we had just carried on like normal it wouldn't have happened.
As soon as they say there's a shortage or there might be a shortage all the idiots go and buy it so that it becomes a shortage..doesn't take a genius to work it out.
They'll focus on winter and Christmas now so that becomes a shit show again, I guarantee it.
People have to stop following the media, it's ruining this country, make their own decisions and stop being dicks.
    End of rant :)

Huddersfield Sainsbury's was positively utopian earlier.  Straight to the pump and all the unleaded a guy could ever want*

Yeah, went a different route to drop something at a friends yesterday, needed to a avoid the road that gets queued way back because of people queuing for fuel. Saw that road from the other side when I got there…. Tumble weeds.

Hopefully dickhead panic buyers have finally learned. Either that or there’s no room left in the shed for more fuel unless they throw out some toilet roll they’ve got stored.

Sooooo the media and Ministers have been told to stop using the term “Panic” because of the panic it creates.

I’m not sure that “Nightmare” is a fitting replacement.

On one hand, “I’ve had a nightmare with my hair,” is definitely low end peril but on the other hand, “We’re living through a dystopian nightmare” packs a bit of a wallop. Sadly I think the media are aiming for the latter. Stock pile your Turkeys cretins!

    Told you!
This will continue to happen, I'm waiting on the pumpkin shortage next week!
As long as they don't run out of the following over Christmas I will be okay:

    Quality Street
    Celebrations
Those orange and lemon jelly things
    Pringles
    After eights
Boxes of biscuits with the ones nobody eats until all the others are gone (even after you've been to the second layer)
    Various chutneys
Some crackers to put the various chutneys on
Too much cheese for human consumption to accompany the various chutneys

If that happens I'm outta here!
