There's one way to ruin a friendship and that's to spray your mate in the face with your pus when he was only trying to help you out.

Most people don't go the Doctor for the odd spot or a bout of 'bacne' so it's left to your loved ones to tackle the gargantuan task. This dude thought he was doing the right thing by offering to squeeze his mates spot for him but he got a bit more than he bargained for when it exploded and shot him square in the face.
