A K-Pop super fan of the group BTS has forked out £100,000 to look like his fave band member Jimin. Seems like a lot of money to spend trying to look Korean and end up looking, well, NOT Korean!

28-year-old Oli London, a white dude from London, spent a few years living in Korea where he became obsessed with kpop. After seeing BTS and loving Jimin’s look, he decided to pursue his goal of looking like the Korean singer. Apparently it isn’t just his looks he’s after, as he admits he’s also trying to achieve his iconic high voice too.

Oli said that he wants his entire lifestyle to revolve around K-pop and to resemble the lead singer. He got a nose job in South Korea after seeing BTS perform and saying they ‘have a perfect image’ as ‘they all look like dolls.’ Oli said:

Bit weird there mate. Oli has since had four nose jobs, eyelid surgery and jawline surgery that involved shaving the bones down ‘to give it more structure.’ Grim. I mean you can see his look is inspired by kpop, but he definitely doesn’t look Korean. I’d ask for my money back if I was him!
