One guy has been left completely freaked out after discovering that his girlfriend has been using his socks to wipe her ass. Eww. Now I’d understand using your sock if you’re in a public loo and find out there’s no bog roll, because no one wants shot-covered jeans. But in your own home? Really?

The guy took to Reddit to explain how he became a little suspicious after noticing he was running low on socks. He casually asked his girlfriend if she’d put them in the wash but she ended up getting into w nice row with him, which ended up with her in tears and coming out with her bizarre secret. Here’s what the dude had to say:

Anyway, while taking out the bin one day, I discovered a pair of his socks in a bag, covered in what looked like poop. We don't have any pets or kids, so I don’t understand how it would have happened. After confronting her, she confessed to using the socks after going to the bathroom.

I found out the reason she always does the laundry is because she was hiding the fact that she uses socks to wipe with, primarily her own. She admitted she has done this for a long time. Her reasoning, as best I can understand, is that because she is a germaphobe (her word) she is afraid toilet paper will tear and is afraid of getting her hands messy in any way.

She uses socks because it covers her entire hand. After she's done with them she throws them away. She used mine because she didn't have any other socks. I hope we can laugh about this later. I'm trying to find the humour in it now, but I'm still weirded out.

Yeah I don’t blame you mate. I don’t think I could cope with my partner using my sock to mop up his shit. People are just fucking weird. I actually have a friend who’s boyfriend keeps a fold piece of tissue between his ass cheeks all day. I asked her why he does it and apparently it’s in case his ass gets itchy. Surely it would make your asshole more itchy? Meh, weird!
