A dude has had to seek medical advice after suffering from something called 'rectal ejaculation'. If you don’t know what that is, don’t worry I had no clue either. Eventually, doctors discovered that the dude  had been in a three-week coma 2 years prior following a massive cocaine and PCP bender which was about the same time that he began noticing the bizarre symptoms.
