  A 41-year-old Brazilian dude who calls himself Orc (seriously?) is so obsessed with body modifications that he has gone and forked out £400 to have two giant pointy tusks added onto his own teeth. 
  
  
  
  As well as the new gnashers, Orc also has a number of subdermal piercings as well as tattooed eyeballs and a split tongue. Although he gets stared at when he's walking down the street he says he's just embracing his true self. Here he is before the tusks:
  
  
   
  Orc is obviously pretty happy with his look but he did say that his family and friends haven't been quite as happy with his decisions. Orc said: "My mum doesn't like it, my dad tolerates it and my friends find it weird." I mean I can't blame the woman. If my son turned up with fucking tusks I'm hardly going to tell him he looks handsome. I guess if he's happy and all that. Although I doubt he's getting any minge with those teeth. I wouldn't let him anywhere near my poonani with that things.

  Hard to look at no idea why he has done this to himself maybe it all the rage in Brazil but I can tell you its not that bad here. wtf is with the tusk he seem to turning into a animal why, I'm guessing he doesn't have a girlfriend maybe and he's mum maybe should have put her foot down on this one as she said does like it but I hate it lol.

  This guy looks like he's coming straight out of middle earth, he belongs on the set of Lord Of The Rings. He better be careful not to run into any one with Elf ears of they might just go and hunt him down. Goodluck to any future girls trying to kiss him with those things.

  Yeah I know a Orc I think you mean lol or something off swamp thing, Yeah his calling card is here maybe he hasn't heard amazon making a new lord of the rings series he could be a part of lol. Look you been watching too much of the Hobbit and yeah there get confused between is he a human or a Orc. Yeah can see it to be honest but you can never tell what some girls are into, in least he got tusks now.              Some hunter might go for him to sell his tusk for a lot of money.
