As far as batshit crazy stories go this one is definitely up there. This story hails from New Jersey where a dude went to great lengths to win back his ex-girlfriend back despite having a restraining order against him.  40-year-old James Mack went to to jail for six months for stalking his ex shortly after they broke up and he was later slapped with a restraining order. However, Mack didn’t let a little thing like that get in the way of him trying to win her back. He decided to change his name to Jason Monroe and undergo an extreme plastic surgery makeover to change his face beyond all recognition. 

 

In total he had 37 plastic surgery procedures land even had a vocal cords operation to alter his voice. Wow!!! That’s fucking extreme! Mack’s ex-girlfriend Sarah Lopez, says she had no idea it was him when she met him at her gym. Here she explains how their first meeting went down:

 

Quote:I just saw a handsome guy who had exactly the same tastes as me in terms of music, movies, food… everything. It seemed like a match made in heaven, a gift from life to compensate for all I had endured.

 
Sarah says it was great for a few weeks, but then she she started to feel that there was something wrong with her new boyfriend: 
 

Quote:I sometimes thought he knew too many things about me, my family and my friends. Then this morning, he accidentally made a comment about when we first dated, and I realized who he really was.

 
As soon as she recognized him, she called the police and he legged it. He was later arrested while hiding in bushes a few blocks away and jailed for violating the restraining order. I just want to talk to his surgeon, dude had a proper glow up!

what the … who does he think he is the master of disguise he been watching to many films like Criminal, or The master of disguise with dana carvey from wanyes world and came up with a cunning plan lol. He must of liked her a lot to do all that and a little bit crazy in think, maybe she should give him another chance or he should have moved on got someone else, that didn't give him a restraining order. not sure if this is is true but in the picture he seem to have got young or is that me.
