  A guy named Eric Yeiner Hincapie Ramirez has taken mody modification to the extreme after getting half of his nose removed in a bid to look like a skeleton.
  
  
  
  Eric, who prefers to be called Kalaca Skull started tinkering with his looks two years ago after his mother died. His mum hated his plans to modify his body so he waited until she popped her clogs before going ahead with the surgery. Top son.
  
  
  

   

  To start his transformation, Kalaca had the lower part of his nose removed as well as his ear lobes. He also had tongue split in half and tattooed grey. Lastly, he had the skin around his eyes tattooed to give him that skully look. Unsurprisingly. Kalaca's new look hasn't been received too well. He says:
