A dude got beaten up recently and not by a gang of thugs or muggers, but by a group of furries who were in town for a convention. Honestly, You can’t make this stuff up.

The fight broke out outside FurCon in California last week, after a bunch of furries spotted a man shouting at his girlfriend inside a car. The Furry group didn’t take kindly to the aggression the dude was showing his lady so they jumped into action and started beating the shit out of him. It probably would’ve been quite a scary sight had the group not been dressed up as dinosaurs and My Little Pony characters.

Here’s the guy they pummelled, which turned out to be 22-year-old Demetri Hardnett who has since been arrested and charged with domestic violence:
