Something to do with the Premier League's 25th anniversary? Or is it merely a way of passing the time while we wait for the real football to return? Either way, this list from the Daily Telegraph has sparked some fairly heated debates (in my head at least); and the fact that they've gone to the trouble of ranking players in order of preference is only making matters worse. What do you reckon then?
I personally think it's too biased towards the bigger clubs (rough translation: not enough Matt Le Tissier) as well as player's who've now retired. Yes, Robert Pires is a 'legend', but is he actually better than current stars such as Eden Hazard or Sergio Aguero?
Hard to begrudge any of them a place on the list though, nor can you argue with Ryan Giggs taking the number one spot. That being said...
