  I don't care if the couch is sky blue with pink polka dots, as long as the girls are allowed to perform a show to entice people to call or spend money on their perv cam.
  
  Currently, the black couch is the ONLY place where this allowed, although it appears to have been retired recently. Hence why we would love to see its return so we can go back to seeing a sexy fun show once more. Not watching 9 hours of bored girls sitting fully dressed on a couch, not even removing an item of clothing when a caller spends a long time on the phone to them.
  
  Lets put that idea onto every channel and see who moans then! The night show would be really interesting!

  GRANDDUKE your thread was 'DO FANS WANT THE BLACK COUCH'? well it has been away for a while now and i think the answer is ' YES' an unequivocal yes. i want the black couch. i even miss the curtain. the girls are gettig calls ( but i am not sure how long that can continue ) but other than a smile they get nothing . i was on PC today and the girl had a call at the same time and what a waste. and when you add in the odd camera freeze it is getting to the point where it is too much of a bother. lets have the black couch back. a bit of teasing. some decent vids taken to advertise the show in the vid section to the others who do not usually visit thai chat. lets have something because thai chat seems to be going nowhere right now.

  Yes stjohn66. One could say that it is treading water but how long before it and the fans get too tired of it and it starts to sink. Anyone looking at the vids now would assume the channel had gone completely as no-one has recorded a show to advertise the channel for weeks now. I noticed that you did record the odd show for old times sake but they were hardly inducements for others to watch the show.
  
  People keep calling but I am at a loss to know why. It is so expensive to just chit chat to a girl and get nothing but a smile in return. I could do that in a pub much more cheaply. If I felt like chatting away to someone, I have friends I can call for free without the need to call a girl thousands of miles away that I will never meet at exorbitant prices. A 10 minutes call is a lot of money.
  
  No what tempts me to call is to watch a sexy tease show where the girls are trying to entice callers. You never know what is going to happen next and keep hanging on, hoping for something good to happen soon, and it often did too. Then you feel like you want to join in and pay money to create a new chapter of the show. Unfortunately, that is now a thing of the past. One just keeps hoping it will change back again one day.

  yeah i keep putting new vids on just because i like to see the girls . plus when i come back i can look for new vids and when i get to the ones i have posted i know that there are no more.
  i am beginning to think it is a bad idea putting such tame vids on. i would like the show to be popular. teh girls get more visitors and so make more money but like you say the vids i have posted are not likely to inspire people to visit. i did get one with kitty having a nipple slip for 50 seconds, i recorded the full 5 mins just for that but lets face it that will not get much interest. really i do not know what will happen to the show and of course the girls. i do think the black couch back.or maybe us asking for the girls to go to the black couch for a pvt session is a way forward . but it is all disappointing.

  I too am sad for the girls. They have to go to work each day trying to dance in concrete shoes. I looked back today to a video from not long ago when Daisy was topless for over 15 minutes at a time to attract customers. She got plenty of course but who wouldn't call when she looked so alluring.
  
  She and most of the others would love the chance to do it once more and have a lot more fun and interaction with customers than they  have now. Amy has said quite publicly how she enjoys callers more than pervcam, as she can react with them on a very personal level, even though she gets paid less money per minute. Work is not all about money. It is about job satisfaction too.

  There is no need for a black couch to show nudity again. They showed plenty when we had just the single red couch. They just need to put a still picture in the TV mini box not live action, and then the girls can do whatever they want. It would still be just as effective at advertising the show to people who do not know about the webshow.
  
  The black couch was just another means of keeping some nudity whilst having a live feed in the mini box. However, the current strategy is to maximise pervcam at all costs to the total detriment of the actual 9 hour show. The box disappears at 10pm anyway so it is not the reason why no nudity is now not allowed, it is just the perverse strategy used for Thai Chat to channel all income via pervcam. Strange they do not enforce the same rules on all the other channels they control which is the majority of those on here.

  the GRANDDUKE is right about the rules being different foe different shows. it does not make any sense and is only going to drive away the visitors who are just on the lookout for a ( forgive me here ) quickie. the didicated thai chat fans are finding it hard to keep going but how do they attract new fans, no interactive microphone. no teasing. i am wondering if it is the producers of thai chat in thailand who have been given rules but not understood them fully. maybe they could watch some late night bs shows toget an idea of what is permitted and what is not.

  I am not sure if the Thai Chat channel has a budget that runs to a producer. As far as I can see, they don't even have a cameraman when they are off TV. It appears that the girls just walk into the studio at the appropriate time with whatever outfits they might want to wear, switch on the live feed, the cameras and their laptops and away they go. 
  
  Whenever, the camera needs adjusting they do it themselves with the remote. Amy has even been seen by me stood on chairs changing light bulbs! She also checks the light settings on the camera and makes her own adjustments. When the live feed was down nearly all day, one girl, Nana i think, was trying to ring London to find out if they were on air or not but no-one was answering leaving her totally without any support. I think it was derryman who had to go onto her pervcam to give her a little moral support and to assure her that their lack of business was because no-one had even seen them for hours.
  
  I am sure they used to have a producer there in situ but I wonder if he has now gone to save money and the girls are left to themselves to run the show but with very explicit orders from London about what NOT to show.

  By the way stjohn66, have you any idea why you have a reputation of 2? I notice some people have higher numbers for this and others none at all, including me, and was wondering why?

  actually i think i do know why i got the reputatioon. it was when i first started, and i really knwe even less about this than i do now. so i did not really notivce and thought that the reputation would build up all the time. it was only when you mentioned it that i remembered about it. i wrote a couple ( literally 2 ) posts on the forum and both of them received 'positive feedback' i felt a bit bad because i never gave anyone positive feedback as i still do not know how to do it. so there it is. as i am writing this i am quickly looking to see whre i can give positive feedback but i cannot see it. maybe it has been stopped. i do not know what benefit it was to me anyway. actually now i see a thumbs up. maybe that is it. i will try it
