    Hi

    I’ve had my chat disabled - please could you confirm if there is a reason why. Please could you re-enable this for me.

    I’ve been a customer since the old Bluebird days and am not sure why I’ve now been disabled.

    I did message before but had not received a response.

    I watch via mobile usually.

    I was fine and then one time chat disabled and not been able to access it since. Not had a reason given or it been set up again.

    Very annoying really.
