  lol Gymaddict69, going back to the time before that happened, that would be too easy lol, just like how The Flash could do that himself also, surely the team should have suggested that though lol

  The paradox of going so far back, before the villain can become evil bit, carries the gigantic paradox of if the villain never rises to power. The horrible event (world destroyed and Rip's family being killed) doesn't happen, thereby the reason for going back in the first place never actually happens (and the logic becomes headache inducing lol).
  Probably wise they've not gone that route.

  well Rip surely should of understood no good can come from going back and trying to change things in the past, has he not been watching the Flash :P
  
  got 3 episodes of this show to catch up, hoping it changes so i start liking it again, cause im struggling with this show and supergirl i really want to like them, but its missing something

  Nah, SirWanksALot86, Rip doesnt watch Flash as he only has access to freeview (lol, sorry, that was funnier in my head). I have still got this weeks episode to watch, will no doubt get on that later today. I know what you mean though about this and Supergirl, they are not up to scratch compard to Arrow and Flash. I dont know, perhaps its because Arrow and Flash are darker and dare i say, more gritty at times compared to these that tend to air onthe lighter side of things (that and i find the dialogue in Supergirl to be teeth grindingly nausciating..only watch it for the occassional action and that Supergirl / Kara is fit).

  Supergirl is just like the Dean Kane Superman and Lois series, which i did not like lol or a modern Ally McBeal,
  
  i got episode 12 of this to watch, its not bad, but it seems like its missing something, and i dunno how long this can actually go on, like what is their purpose once they eventually put a end to Vandel Savage?

  Ok if you are up to date on episode 12, the whole making disturbances to the timeline has literally gone out the window, they are coming up to their season finale, given the direction they have went in this episode, it really makes me scratch my head as to what the hell they are doing.

  The show doesnt seem nearly as narrative as its sister shows, definatly more all over the place (and thats not just because of the whole time travel thing lol). I do enjoy the show but its not on par with the more established two. I dont know, maybe i would enjoy it more if i actually gave two shits about Vandal Savage and the whole Hawk Man / Hawk girl connection but for me they are some of the weaker characters in the show. As they for the basis of whats happening and presumably gonna happen..i do enjoy the random action scenes but its some of the banter between the team itself, thats where i think the show is at its most effective. Thought the most recent uk broadcast episode was, well, just a bit 'Meh'.

  i dont think they really established what they wanted to achieve with this show, from the start and for me its the same arguement, what happens when they get Vandal Savage...
  
  and why havnt they gone back to the time before Vandal Savage had put the curse on Hawk Man and Girl?

  Well, thats season 1 of this all wrapped up. Have gotta say that i didnt dislike the show, always did just enough to keep me interested even if placing the focus on the pursuit of one villian did make the show plod along (especially durinng the 'what do we do with him' episodes leading to the finale). Still, the reveal at the very end of the seaon finale opens up all manner of possibilities for season 2.

  Yeah that was the character, just a different actress now (apparently they are going for her being the mother of the one in Arrow or something). It would be nice if they showed it remotely close to the US this time, Sky One used to be much better at showing their US shows, but last Season Arrow and Flash were behind America longer than necessary as well.
