I think there's more restrictions on the nature of the call during the daytime. You may be better off calling anytime from 12am to get the really filthy chat so that you don't find yourself in an awkward situation of having to ask the girl how dirty she can get during a day call.

i have tried before, and whilst it has adult themes, there is a limit. its more about general chatter and things like that. there are definite sexual undertones as when I spoke to hannah c, she promoted her own cam thing where she said she enjoys getting fully nude and even led me to a few sites with new topless pics of her
