daniel ricciardo is replacing mark webber at red bull for next season when he retires. as talented as ricciaardo is are we suprised that they didn't sign raikkonen or alonso. didn't want anyone to challenge the golden boy.

It'll keep the talent flowing to Toro Rosso too if the drivers can see a route to the big team.

But you're right, the other two would probably have had more flare-ups with Vettel than Webber has. Expecting to be treated equally and all that nonsense...

not just that alonso would have destroyed him on track with the same car and kimi wouldn't take the shit he gave webber. they just needed a good driver whos happy to be number 2.
