Hi tried topping up today using my SMS, keep getting message failed, is this to do with my phone provider or am i doing something wrong? Can't ring the number either as it says "calls are restricted" :(

Hey Nick, it sounds like you need to be age verified with your network. Call them and tel them that you wish to remove the adult block.
