Hello,
I'm wondering if you can help, a couple of occasions when I've been on the phone, it suddenly cuts out and says your credit has expired, but I've had plenty of credits, like tonight I had over 2000 credits and I got that message and the phone cut off, i tried to call back but it said credit expired still, but it was taking credits off me in the meantime trying to call back.

I called on the 9th December, got cut off at 22:14, 22:39, 23:10, then from 23:47 to 23:50 I made 5 calls, and I was told I had no credit, but I had over 2000, but it was still taking credit off me,
