  Yeah I couldn't stand the show, I'm still waiting for someone to make a Constantine show or film that actually does justice to the comics. The series just came off as s second rate Supernatural clone, sacrificed most of the substance and details in both versions. At least the film was a more adult rating, the TV show was completely watered down.

  Hey jesslloydfan. Unfortunatly i cant draw comparrisons between Constantine and supernatural as i never watched supernatural (am aware of its existence though). When i first saw the movie i thought it was plenty dark but when i watched the tv show and then rewatched the film after, if anything i thought the movie was the more tame offering of the two. Wasnt a fan of the cgi heavy soldier demons from the film . May have been released 10 years ago but even then, surely the powers that be could have put more effort into the effects.

  For all those who loved the show and/or the character good news.
  He will be appearing in the next season of Arrow. Goodness only knows how the hell they will introduce him but it should be interesting.

  Im kinda excited by the prospect of Constantine popping up in Arrow (and apparently The Flash as well) as hopefully this will renew and build on the character interest and then, who knows. Im of the opinion that the show being on Amazon did hurt the show. Introduce the character on mainstream television (sky etc..) and see what happens. Have heard that supposedly he will crop up in a episode that deals with SPOILER ALERT..the resurrected Sarah Lance.

  Would be cool to see him in some other shows, i always like it when superhero shows do crossovers as it always adds a little extra something into the series. Constantine is a really cool and interesting character so it would be nice if he got more mainstream interest and another series.
