well i agree jones is the favourite, but i'm rooting for dc all the way. these guys don't get much of a christmas do they lol? get to spend their christmas probably eating spinach and sweating it out in the sauna or something while everyone else eats and drinks themselves silly... -

jones is extremely talented no doubt about it, but i think his skill is very overrated.
people say he's so creative and this and that, but the truth is it's his size, reach and strength that get him out of a lot of trouble and allow him to do a lot of stuff he would not be able to do if he was the same size as most of his opponents. he doesn't impress me as much as other people because most of his "murderer's row" of opponents are natural middleweights who are facing a much bigger guy, but jones has yet to face a bigger guy... -

ye but that size rech and strength allows him to do things that other cant and he is very creative,look how he beat rashad evans and stephan bonnar,he throws spining back elbows and hits sick trips,and gus is bigger then jones and glover isnt much smaller to -

yea ur right size and strength allows him to do a lot of this stuff - but machida was doing it WITHOUT size and strength - he had superior skill to jones, but lost because he was smaller and weaker, not because jones is superior techincally, yet jones is the one rated much higher.
i'm just saying most of his big dominant wins except rampage and glover are against natural middleweights. if he had to fight someone like gustafsson every fight, he'd be fukked up by now. and gus is not bigger than jones - he's taller by an inch, but he has a shorter reach, smaller frame and is not as strong... -

at the end of the day really it comes down to skill size and strength is just a bonus for some guys,ur right tho machida did make things happen but really your right jones on the deet need work but makes up for it with size strength and reach

i like pretty much the whole event some fun fights , even the fighters i dont know to much about are still good fights to , mostly i want cerone to win so he can get a title shot -
