  Episode one
  With it being about espionage means you have to pay attention. Giving it the added layer of it taking place during the present, past and future means that you have to give it your full attention. And I love it.

  Episode two
  Michael's past wasn't easy but with the help of Poet he's able to lift himself up. Michael's present isn't easy either as he goes looking for information and the situation heads south rapidly.

  Episode three
  Nazari develops an idea in the present that could help her colleagues in the future. Poet meets Nazari in the future. Michaels is under threat in the present.

  Episode four
  Lennix has to save Poet in the present. Michaels struggles to interrogate his prisoner. I the past we get to see when Nazari came up with her idea.

  Episode five
  In the future Nazari, Poet, Lennix and Murphy prove that Michaels has lost control of the system. In the present Poet tries to help Lennix. In the past the class are taught an important lesson.

  Episode six
  In the past the class need to resolve a couple of different hostile situations. In the present Nazari disagrees with Michaels. In the future Murphy seeks to obtain some evidence that could help him and his colleagues.

  Episode seven
  Tayo asks a question to Gabriel in the past before the class' final training session, once that concludes the trainees will then find out where they will be sent to work. In the present the system is used to help solve a financial case on Wall Street. Lennix, Poet, Nazari and Michaels attend a funeral in the future.

  Episode eight - series finale
  In the present, Michaels tells Poet the reason as to why he joined the FBI, and he his offered an opportunity that he finds difficult to turn down. In the future drastic action is taken. In the past the class take their graduation picture together.
  
  This is a highly thought-provoking show with multiple dense moral layers, told through the filter of three time lines. The writing and acting is great, and the theme of techno-fascism is timely.
