Hey up guys,

I dunno if I'm being an idiot or what but has the process of claiming the free minutes changed? As mine haven't come up for the week?

Hi,

Points are redeemed once a week now, on a Wednesday I do believe, and require a minimum of 10 points before they are redeemed.

It has been like this for a few months now though :)
