  Looks like they're at it again.

  Granted, in my opinion, the guys behind the "IT" movie crafted something pretty darn special (roll on chapter 2). That said, 'IT' had the novel and tv mini series to it's name so there was certainly plenty of room for a film. The 'Childs Play' films however, be they good or bad instalments, have an established collection of instalments to it's name and given that it's latest instalment came out las year..is a reboot really neede (especially when there are mutterings that Chucky will be more high tech and it's not known if Brad Douriff will even provide the voice. Dont get me wrong, will watch when it manifests on home release but im not exactly holding my breath.

  oh i didnt know that i saw the movie was on sky on demand the other day but didnt watch it, but now i want to see it, and i never really thought chucky was scary but i will still watch it

  Im much the same Dony..have never found Chucky even remotely scary. That said, a few of the instalments have certainly been plenty gory and entertaining enough (certainly about the most you can expect from a horror movie nowadays..they are just not built to scare of terrify any more). Even th most recent insy=talment '***** of Chucky' whilst not gonna win any awards it did slow the pace back down, plenty of gore, slightly more suspenseful..and all the better for it.
