Still having the problem..

Me too -unable to log in.

Does anyone look at these pages? Still unable to log in - will give it another week but if not resolved by then I won’t be bothering to try again.

It seems this site is now a bit of a waste of time.

Same issue for me too.  I log in, but chat says I'm not logged in and I can't buy credits.

Mark, if I can make a suggestion. It may not work but could be worth trying.

Delete Rampant from your favourites in your browser, so you cannot click on that to enter Rampant.
Now type rampant into Google to enter the website without being logged in.
Once on the Rampant page, click on login.
Your user name and your old incorrect password will be present already as the browser probably saved this. Remove all the password dots and type in your new password. Press ENTER.
You may get a message asking if you want the new password saving. Click YES if you can see that you are now logged in successfully.
If you are now logged in successfully, you should see your credits displayed above the stream and when you click on the CALL button it should show you how many free minutes you have.

If this does not work, I am sure someone in the support team will be in touch.

Having this problem again, I'm logged in but it still says I need to login to chat/call and I can't click the Add Credits button. The new WhatsApp button seems to have messed up the formatting.
