channels not loading

hey guys,
I've been having trouble seeing the channels recently,
I click on the 18+ enter and the feeds appear but when I log with the correct details I just get an RTV logo with a bouncing line underneath.
Is it something on my system or has anyone else experienced the same issue and fixed it??
