Castle bought for a quid and now selling for £750,000 after restoration
This Georgian castle in Shrewsbury was bought for only a quid because it was in a state of disrepair due to broken down parts. After much restoration, it's now being sold for a sum of £750,000 more expensive than most houses now. Here's some pictures:

As you can see from the pictures it's not looking so bad now. It's an 18th century castle that has been made to live in but it still keeps to the style of that era.

Maybe I should take Scotty's Mum there for a spin. Try out all the beds there. See if she becomes excited by Georgian architecture.

What was it? Alternator? Gearbox?

Not a cheap fix on them Georgian models.

Jeez for that cheap I would've bought it for the land alone! I feel like when stuff sells that cheap, it is only because they need an amount to write down and usually goes to a friend or family member.
