cant see the icon to call from pc

hey.
the icon to call from pc is gone. and i cant find it so i cant call the girls.

another thing.
i got told over a week ago on mail that i would get some credits refund due to the call options had problems. still havent got them

Yeah, I have a suspicion that this is due to the issues that were reported by a few of us recently about the PINs not going through properly- looks like rampant has suspended the call-from-PC feature til they fix that..

Would be nice to have been given some warning or communication about it though - Boss man, can you weigh in here and give us Antipodean fans an update of what's going on, and what the sort of time frame might look like for getting us up and calling again?

Really sorry about this! We did indeed remove it as it had some issues with some users.

We've made some changes and will be putting it back today for testing with a new provider.

No offence, but this issue need's to be rectified as soon as possible, otherwise you could be facing a loss of member's. Personally, I love this site, it has phone/video sex, great chat and video's to jerk to.

agree. im for sure not happy atm :/ i got VIP but i cant use it to call the girls etc.

hopfully it will come up soon and WORK.
