hi dvious. mobile network is southern phone, and I am in Australia. I hhave previously used this mobile phone- same carrier- to make 7-8 calls to thaichat , totalling about 100+ minutes, without any problems before last weekend. freecall number works fine- with the same phone. thanks mark

oops, optus network- phone line- carrier? pay bills to southern. sorry, not good with correct terminology, i'm technologically challenged. if it is relevant, number I call is 0871 113 838 , which it has always been . so, same phone, same carrier/network, same number- just no connection, only to freecall number. sorry, this must be as annoying to you blokes asit is me. thanks again.... mark

success! my call was put through no worries- 1st attempt today[ sat] I was asked for pin, so straight through to correct girl. Got such a shock! haha. thank you to those that helped-fantasticmr- dvious. cheers guys, thanks again......mark
