Cam2cam waiting for connection

hi,
tried twice to get cam2 cam today and the screen just keeps saying waiting for connection, i know it works my end because i had fun with one of the girls yesterday on it, just keeps saying the same message like its waiting for the babe to press something.
very strange and expensive, 12 credits gone just waiting.
have others had this problem tonight.
