  It's crazy that a fighter can fight someone he's a stone heavier than, thought that was what weight classes were for. I assume Johnson will have a portion of his purse held back becasuse of that. It's a massive advantage as he has'nt put his body through the stress of losing the weigh which can take a lot out of fighters. Even if he wins though he won't get much credit for it.

  I find it incredible that they haven't had the fight yet. For the past three years they have been the only two fighters in that division completely at the top of their game. It's makes no sense not to has had the fight. They could've even had a rematch by now. They've been wasting their time with easy fights (aPart from mannys last fight, which I think he lost).
  Stop the foreplay and get it on!

  Well, who saw it then?? That was an amazing UFC card some incredible fights and possibly the greatest knockout in UFC history as well!! I love it when the main fights deliver AND there's something good in one of the other fights a well. Can't believe they let Johnson fight but I guess they had to cuz everyone in rio wanted to see vitor fight

  Jose Aldo just seems to get better each time he fights. His takedown defense is unbelievable. Can't ever remember anyone getting knocked out with one second left in a round. Is there anyone in the 145 division who can really challenge him. I'd love to see him go to 155 and fight Frankie Edgar.
  
  At least johnson had to give 20% of his purse to Belfort. Would like to see Belfort get another shot at Silva but he'll probably need a few more wins before that happens.

  Well ya and not just the twenty percent. He also got fired lol. Not in the UFC anymore though you gotta say those stand ups were questionable at best why did ref stand them up after a minute lol seemed like a hometown decision but I still think vitor deserved to win cuz Johnson was not in shape at all. A damn shame too cuz that guy is an insanely gifted athlete

  Move up but he doesn't have to. He seemed a lot better with his weight cut this time and he is only 5"7 anyway. No ones asking Anderson silva to move up even though he's walking through he walks around much heavier than 205

  I had'nt heard Johnson had been fired. He can't really have any complaints. I'd definitely agreee that the ref was too quick to stand them up even Joe Rogan mentioned it.
  
  It's not that I think Aldo should move up, just that I'd really like to see him fight Edgar. I'd love to see Silva move up and fight Jon Jones or GSP move up and fight Silva. I know these fights won't happen but imagine how big they would be.

  i think aldo vs edgar is the most likely of all those fights that you named though. gsp has too much to lose to move up cuz he'd have to make an actual move to MW and i don't think he'll do that. silva doesn't want any part of jones, that's obvoius by the way he talks about him any time that issue comes up. and i don't think jones wants any part of heavyweight either actually.
  
  so looks like now sonnen will face loudmouth permanent bad hair episode michael bisping. i'm rooting for sonnen

  Definitely hoping Sonnen beats Bisping. I assume if Sonnen wins then he'll get another shot at Silva. Anyone know who Silva is fighting next or is he waiting for the winner of the Bisping v Sonnen fight.
