yes, we all know how the Spider is and yes he is good, but he aint the best and will get beat
A vertain Chael Sonnen destroyed him for 5 rounds. And trust me, Chael Sonnen will not make the same mistake again!
i would suggest that if you didnt see that fight, please do. Anderson Silva aint got lucky in that fight.

oooh i don't know about this one rich, anderson silva said he came into that fight injured and while i don't think anderson is above making excuses, i do believe him on this one. he definitely did not look like himself in his fight at all right from the start he did not move like his usual self. i am going with silva on this one although i'll be rooting for sonnen. i actually don't really like either of them that much lol. and i can't believe they let him back so soon after steroids. i mean either he took them then punish him more severely regardless of how many % points above average it was, if he's using he's using. or if he's not then test properly ffs lol. -

well, silva couldnt fight his usual fight as Sonnen was all over him from the first bell. and he is a bitch for moan after the fight as his own camp said there was nothing wrong with him! HIS OWN CAMP said that!
as for the steroid issue. They kick a decent hard working fight out of the company for sucker punching someone who just lay on top of him for 3 rounds! Yes, i am talking Paul Daley v Josh Kosheck. Nate Marquardt kicked out for, high levels of testosterone which was injected by a doctor to help keep his performance levels up in training. that said doctor was employed by, ZUFFA the company that run UFC!
But allow a man who has been found and pled guilty to money laundering in connection with mortgage fraud on January 3, 2011, with a maximum sentence of 20 YEARS and a $500,00 fine, plus the steroid issue to come back! i will never understand that.
If you are found guilty of any performance inhancing substance abuse and you know its happening or you are doing it yourself, there should be no comeback i believe. the only way to clean up sport is to have Zero tolerance! But when a company employs a Doctor that is administering the drugs, they then cannot take the moral high ground.
I actually was more shocked that Sonnen didnt get any jail time! he pled guilty and is help with the inquiry into the mortgage fraud ring. -

daley deserved to go i think but then again they kick out people who they can AFFORD to kick out or at least whose exit would not damage them too much.
at the end of the day by the same rationale, bisping should be kicked the FUKK out lol for what he did against riveira, but they don't wanna dent the UK market s they kept him
i still think anderson silva wins this fight though. i don't usually like pure wrestling matches in mma but i kinda liked watching stann vs sonnen so lets see what he can do against silva now, but he looked good against stann
and yea actually how is it that everyone just forgot about chael's money laundering lol -

I'm not sure if Anderson was injured or not in the Sonnen fight but he got totally dominated for the 5 rounds. If Sonnen had'nt been so determined to finish the fight he would'nt have made the mistake he did in the last minute. Having said that Anderson caught him once or twice and Sonnen looked in a bit of trouble but recovered very quickly.
I'm not sure if I agree with your view on Daley. I think a suspension or a fine would have been sufficient as the UFC or any other organisation can't let things like that happen. It's hard too be too critical of him as Koscheck as done some shameful things like feigning injury to try to get a point deducted (he's done this at least twice but I can't remember in which fights at the minute) -

ken, i'm with you brother. Suspending daley would have made sense, but lets give someone the benifit of doubt like sonnen just because he beat the shit out of anderson silva. if i was daley, as many other fighters like me would have done the same thing. they say they wouldnt, but they would.
bisping should have been find and suspended. it was disgusting but they did say shamefull things about bispings family and he did apologise immediatley to everyone after the event.

but thats what i am saying i think anyone who does that crap deserves to go but daley did cuz they felt they could afford to lose him whereas other fighters get double standards cuz of who they are in the sport or the business they represent to the sport

I agree about the double standards. The Sonnen thing especially has just been a disaster from start to finish. I was still suprised that they let Daley go as Dana has always seemed very keen to have a successful English fighter in the UFC as it's a large market and they obviously need to keep expanding. At the minute they have a few English fighters with potential but it's hard to see any of them challenging for a title in the near future.

I think that Dana favours Ross Pearson as the young UK fighter to push. He is the man he wants to hang the hat on when Bisping finally drops off the radar
