Touch of the Aston Martins about it side-on, but there's no mistaking that grille.

Lexus and Mercedes should be very afraid.

And now is probably a good a time as any to remind ourselves of the old 8 Series.  More than 30,000 were built between 1989 and 1999, but the one you're about to see in this video is a top of the line 850CSi.  Revealed in 1992, they only managed to get 1,500 out before falling foul of updated emissions standards.  Might have had something to do with the 5.6-litre V12...
