The post has been shared more than 72,000 times by people who just can't believe how much that guy looks like David Schwimmer. Responding to all the fuss, Lancashire Constabulary issued this statement: "Thank you to everyone for your speedy responses. "We have investigated this matter thoroughly and have confirmed that David Schwimmer was in America on this date. "We're so sorry it has to be this way." Course, everyone's spectacularly failed to pick up on the real scandal here. Presuming the stolen item in question is that crate of beer he's posing with on the crisp aisle... David Schwimmer's response to this has been really good actually. I have seen so many doppelganger's of people I know, let alone celebrities, that I am starting to think there is a near copy of everyone somewhere out there.

Doesn't actually look like Ross from Friends. Great LOLs back in October, wasn't it? This is what 36 year-old suspect Abdulah Husseini actually looks like. He's in hot water again after failing to show for a December court appearance on charges relating to the incident we all know and love, as well four counts of fraud. Police finally managed to track him down in London yesterday, where he was re-arrested. Never mind the rest of it, he's spoiled our fun and for that reason alone I hope they throw the book at him.
