DC's track record of their animated films tends to be a lot better than their live action ones. And their first foray into 3D CGI this looks like it could continue that winning streak. The plot looks like it's going to revolve around Jonathan and Damian needing to step up to the plate and save the world after Starro takes control of the Justice League and most of the planet.

This was pretty decent. It briefly covers Clark escaping Krypton and travelling to Earth, but with a slight twist. Then we're introduced to Jonathan during his birthday and his father revealing his real identity to him. The Kent's meet up with the Wayne's later on and Damian is a bit abrasive, but given who his mother and grandfather are that isn't that surprising. An unfortunate incident occurs that then forces Jonathan and Damian to team up.
