  Just curious as to how many people would be interested in there being a baseball thread on here. I love baseball but I can't keep up to date but if it was on here I'd love it. Follow the baseball regularly on here,

  Yeah, I do like baseball. But my active interest does not stretch past opening week. There are just to many games to account for, it would consume too much energy as it is not mainstream. I was told by a friend that the way to do it is to pick a team and just try to concentrate on how they perform. I really like Boston, they have quite an interesting position in Baseball. Their history and their constant feeling of being the underdog makes for a worthwhile watch.
  
  Anyway, if someone could put the effort in, it would be quite interesting to get the constant update.

  Unless youre watching the World Series, baseball can get way too confusing. But as a sport, on its day, it's one of the most exciting things to watch! As the guy above said, just concentrate on your team and visit mlb.com a few times a week and it should become fairly easy to follow.

  Sure go ahead and start a thread. Mostly I just pay attention to the game when playoff starts. Since it is 162 games long the regular season is just so long that it is not possible for myself to keep up with it on daily basis

  i for one are a big baseball fan (go ROX) that why i'm up all these stupid hours of the night (oh and insomnia doesnt help )
  got the mlb at bat app must say it is superb ! HD pics home/away commms radio etc etc i think its the perfect app for ball fans (ad over lol )
  got into it when i went to a few games when i was in the USA and was hooked easier to understand than NFL - but had to laugh when a american buddy said to me that this game might go on too long for you "limeys" sometimes over 3 hours ! and just said "yankee" my love is cricket and that can last for 5 days and still no one wins ! that just blew his mind lol

  A couple of my mates are big fans and i tried to get into it, but i can't. It just takes to long for me and i don't find it that exciting. The fact it's on really late probably doesn't help.

  Does anyone watch or support the Northern Ireland baseball teams like the belfast northstars been to one or two games not really as interesting as I thought a baseball game would be I found it rather dull at times
