Barclays premier league
jesslovestits > 22/01/2013, 23:39
Hey guys
Who does everyone think is going to win the premiership and who's gonna get champions league football next season
Well personally I want Manchester United to win the league and they will because of the great standard of robin van persie
I really don't see man city coming back like they did last season
At Manchester United it shows in their performance that they have strong team unitity and city will fall short because of that and my top four this season
Is
1. ManChester United
2. Man City
3. Chelsea (they will start getting better game after game but next season they will miss frank lampard)
4. Arsenal ( sounds a bit stupid now but some how some way arsne wenger will lift his players and finish fourth
What do you guys think ? -

Well we all know its going to be one of the Manchester clubs, question is which one... I still think its fairly balanced because Utd still have their Champions League campaign to think about, and drawing Madrid didn't really help at all. Van Persie has made the difference for them this season, however lets not forget Hernandez with his great form recently. Man City is also so turbulent, with what happened with Tevez last season, and Balloteli throwing his toys out the pram. So anything can happen really...
Being an Arsenal supporter, they are on a poor form, and I think it will be tighter than ever with the battle for finishing in the top four. AVB has got Spurs playing great football, and Chelsea are picking up their game. I'll still have faith and say Arsenal can pull it off though, because when everyone was criticising Wenger and their ability to finish above Spurs he brushed it off nicely. He said something on the lines off "During my 16 years managing Arsenal, Spurs have never finished above Arsenal and they won't start now!". And how right he was I guess!
So I would agree with
1. Manchester Utited
2. Manchester City
3. Chelsea
4. Arsenal -

You see this is what I was saying look how good arsenals performance was the other day against Fulham I think 5-1
They showed why they are world class even the game against Chelsea they got off to a poor start and in the 2nd half showed class and this is why I say arsenal will be fourth but it'd be good if they could get an experienced player to guide them through like a lampard or a beckham or an Henry would do -

LMAO
Is fergie a legend? Yes
Does he deserve respect? No
He blatantly has such a huge impact on match officials, and goes off on one every time a decision doesn't go his way, and doesn't receive any sort of punishment. Other PL managers would be receive suspensions/fines etc.
Was the West Ham replay, and yeh Arsenal have great potential, and you see small glimpses of what the current squad is capable off. But its not consistent enough. Podolski was on fire though, 3 assists and a goal. Brilliant. It was the first time I was impressed by Ramsey too.
Thought I'd share this picture, the guy practically set himself up for a good slap! Weak mind games Mr. Allardyce...

Well I'm not gonna argue because everyone has their opinions
I'm telling you arsenal are a champion team just need to find a few experienced players that are loyal to the club
They could get Henry to stay longer not for like a month and also that picture is just simply hilarious -

Fair dos! Arsenal are just dodgy mate to be honest, we have a total of £70m (the players sold minus the players bought) which isn't being spent! And when you read articles about one of the yank board members buying a new 50 acre ranch or what have you, it really makes you wonder...
We sold RVP for £20, so go buy another £20m rated striker! We sold Fabregas for £35m, so guy buy another world class midfielder!
Im happy with Cazorla, Giroud, Podolski etc. But when I found out we actually SOLD Alex Song it was a huge blow. He commented after saying that he wanted to see out his career at Arsenal but they wouldn't offer him a deal. Which is just embarrassing!
To top it off, I was having a rant with a Spurs fan last week, and he said "Arsenal need to stop selling their best players", I agreed but then thought... Well why did you sell Luka Modric and Rafael Van Der Vaart? That really shut him up!
Ok rant over for now! -

To be honest I think that arsenal fans should give their young players time to perform I mean everytime is going to have a bad match or two and as arsenal are an inexperienced they could get more than 2 games where they play poorly and the young guns will gain experience and improve in the future but can understand why you get angry because there isn't one senior player
That's what arsenal need urgently
